DO YOU HAVE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?
Yes! If you are not satisfied in any way with an item you purchase from our store, return it within 30 days of the date delivered for a 100% refund on the purchase price. If the item arrives broken or is defective, we pay all return shipping costs. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within two business days (MONDAY-FRIDAY) once the merchandise has been returned to us.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our products are shipped primarily from fulfillment centers in the United States, China and the Russian Federation. Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days and you will receive an email stating that your order has been shipped. The email will contain a tracking number that you can check on anytime by clicking on the "TRACK ORDER" link on our store page.  Your order should arrive within 7-24 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that there are circumstances that are out of control, such as natural disasters, local holidays, and weather that may cause shipping delays. While most orders arrive within the 7-24 business day time frame, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. We deeply apologize for that and we offer a full money back guarantee on any product that you purchase from us. If the shipping time on your order is greater than 24 business days, then you can return the purchase within 30 days of the date delivered for a full refund and we will pay all return shipping costs.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can then check on the status and location of your package at any time by clicking on the "TRACK ORDER" link on our website. SHOULD I USE MY COUNTRY'S CURRENCY OR THE STORE'S CURRENCY?
The store automatically detects which country you are shopping from and presents the prices in your local currency. If you notice that the product costs are not in your country's currency then please contact us at support@brightlifecurator.com so that we can fix this matter for you immediately.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you want to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at: support@brightlifecurator.com. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change it or cancel it. However, with our 30 day money back guarantee, you can return it for a full refund on the purchase price. If the merchandise is not broken or defective, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
